I take a gentle, somatic approach to therapy. That means we won’t just be talking , we’ll also pay attention to how things are showing up physically. We’ll work together to create more space inside, so you can begin to feel calmer, and more connected to yourself.
This kind of therapy can help if you’re feeling stuck, numb, overwhelmed or like parts of you are pulling in different directions. Sometimes, we’re not even sure what’s wrong, we just know we’re exhausted from trying to hold it all together.
