I offer one-to-one and couples counselling for adults of all ages, either in person or online. My aim is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and understood.
The relationship between therapist and client is at the heart of our work together. To help us explore whether we’re the right fit, I offer a free 15-minute discovery call. This gives you the opportunity to share what brings you to therapy and ask any questions you may have before making a commitment.
Many people find that becoming more aware of what is happening in their body can be a valuable part of therapy. If it feels right for you, we may incorporate simple breathwork practices, somatic embodiment exercises, and mindfulness techniques to support your process. These practices can help you develop a deeper connection with your body, enhance self-awareness, and cultivate a sense of calm and balance. However, this will always be your choice – therapy is about what feels right for you.
I believe counselling can offer support for a wide range of concerns.
While I specialise in working with trauma, I also provide therapy in the following areas:
Anxiety & Stress
Depression & Low Mood
